The floor plan you will live with from day-to-day, as well as elevations, is what dreams are made of; those, coupled with what we like to call a "wish list" of desires, will be your starting point at seeing your dream come true.

Elevation desires: An interesting roof line, a home without that "boxy" look. Lots of corners. Some stone treatment. An arched entry giving the illusion of a grand foyer without interior space being used up. A circular driveway with entry to the garage not visible from the front elevation. |

Floor plan desires: Must take advantage of exterior views, plan home and windows accordingly. Open and airy "great room" with high ceilings and wood beams. Split bedroom floor plan. Large "open" kitchen with lots of work space and many windows; must have storage and pantry. Laundry area off garage but near kitchen for easy unloading of groceries. Laundry must include deep sink and folding area with plenty of storage. Access to deck from "great room" and master bedroom. Master "suite" must include a spa-type garden tub with a closet and dressing area designed large enough for built-in cabinetry and shelving. |

Listening to our clients is crucial. Our goal and intent is to gel the exterior and interior desires to design and build "the dream." The reality is to achieve as much of the "dream" as possible, in ways that also fall within the client's budget. Communication in the design process is the most important element when designing your home. |
